How to send your files for distribution?

We only accept to distribute music from a CD with a proper album cover. The music has to be put into the usual CD formats (no files in MP3 will be approved).

To send us your CD and its cover + the signed agreement, you have to post it to:

Upon your request, we will email you our contract for your signature. Once we have received back your signed agreement + the CD + cover + album information + letter of non engagement, your numerical distribution will start to take place.

What is the prodecure for numercial distribution?

You need to send us the following 3 elements to open a complete 'file request':

1. Material: CD with ITS COVER

2. Documents to be attached:

a/ the contrat
b/ your ID copy
c/ the letter of non engagement document with your personnal information - full name, full address (street, city, postal code, country), e-mail and phone number

3. The description for each albums (on a paper/document) with the following information:
Informations on the Album :
a/ Artist Name
b/ Album title
c/ Production year
d/ Name of the producer of the Album
e/ Name of the producer of the visual/cover of the album

Informations on EACH title of the album
a/ Song title
b/ language used in the lyrics
c/ Music style (according to the below list)
d/ Name of the author
e/ Name of the composer
f/ Do the lyrics contain explicit/adult language: YES / NO

What if I have a video clip?

We also have our own TV channel called AFRICABOX TV. We will play your video's on our channel if the fit our quality standards. You will need to send the video's to our offices in Abidjan if you want them to be broadcasted:

NO VIDEO'S WILL BE CHECKED IF SENT TO OUR REPRESENTATIVE IN FRANCE. WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND YOU SEND THE VIDEO BY DHL OUR REGISTERED POST TO GARRANTEE RECEPTION.

We also have a special agreement with Youtube to show your videos on our space YOUTUBE/AFRICABOXTV so that your titles can be promoted and therefore generate more sales. This service is only available to our customers whom we have signed a numerical distribution agreement and will increase your awarness on the web and cut all pirate video's of your titles on Youtube.

If you have video's for your titles on the CD we will distribute, you can send them to us following the same procedure as for your CD but please check the technical data requirements HERE before sending anything.

If you are not distributed by us you can still send your video's to our TV channel AFRICABOX TV by clicking HERE to show it on our TV channel
